v02 - Added FMOD support and first sound design pass


  • Ball bounce volume varies based on collision angle and velocity
  • Start Pipe and Target SFX are sync'd to animation
  • Platform and Blower SFX properly start, and stop
  • Ambience sound starts on level load
  • Added HandleGameStateChanged class to help stop ongoing fmod events when the level end (like the platform moving sound)
  • Added Loading scene before the level scene to ensure all FMOD banks are loaded into memory.
